    Went the a&e Saturday morning took 5 odd hours to get seen. Anyway got an xray no fracture etc its just a bruised heel bone but it hurts like a_motherfucker though still

    you might find your ankle goes yellow and sometimes a bit black ..depending on how bad the bruising is..

    nowt to worry about it's just a sign it's geting better...

    I know what caused the dogdy ankle now lids I use nike air max 95's when I go running anyway it turns out the right traineys air chamber by the heel had burst so the heel strike was taking a hammering didn't even notice it till I did ones foot drills in them

    I hope them indians in the sweat shops are_fucking happy the little_bastards
