    I was mucking f'king stables at 10.30 last night, got home 11.30, won f'k all, cost me over 150, back out this morning for another f'king waste of time. I f'king hate horses. I'm taking them to be made into dog meat. I'm selling my daughter to a russian oligarch.

    Thanks mate. The doctor gave me exercises to do last time it went but I didn't bother, I will now though. This is the worst it's been since the initial injury, it was torturous the first couple of days.     Whatever ya do make sure ya drink loadsa water, with them drugs, it wont be so much ya back you'll be worrying about, its the attempt to get rid of whats in ya that will be your biggest pain. You'll be challanging the 12" er width wise, oooooooo ouch.....

    Ooooohh owa ,....them Diclofenac ! Almost split me backside tryin to push a 12 incher out after takin them for a couple of days, take Howies advice an eat some prunes as well ! On the positive side though yer won't need any toilet paper like !
