I take it you broke into her flat to drill the hole from her side, so as not to leave a tell-tale pile of plaster dust? I always take a small battery-powered vacuum cleaner with me, just to be sure. If there is enough time, I can usually get some cameras wired up as well- the ones which they use in the spy films, disguised as lamp shades etc. You can get them from places which sell combat trousers and balaclava hats to people who wish they were soldiers. Industrial estates in rural areas have this sort of shop. Some of the other customers can be a bit strange, so it is wise not to strike up a conversation. I always wear my best furtive look. That tends to keep tham at bay, and helps me blend in. Some women don't mind the holes in the wall, believe it or not. They get off on it. In such cases, it is quite acceptable to drill a proper glory hole. For these, I would recommend a 2" augur bit on an SDS drill, for the best comfort.
