    Its all about knowing when to quit pal.....believe me I've been there.

    The worst thing is going into tge bookies saying you'll stick a fiver on a quad and coming out spending £50 on bets that you never intended to do that are never going to come up.

    That was me.

    Ive found myself losing so ill put morning bets on arabic football or late night on honduran and mexican to win money back.
