Id say best scenario its a severe strain or minor ligament which is couple of week. If its worst scenario and bad ligament or fracture its 6-8 weeks out.
You need an x-ray mate.
Cant say 100 percent without seeing it.
Is there discolouration ?
Is there numbness ?
Are your feet cold to touch ?
Pain in toes or heel ?
Id go and get it x-rayed. Best time to go a&e is 6-7 in the morning. Nobody there.
You been taking anti-inflammatorys ?

Nice one will go in the morning and get an x ray.
Is there discolouration ? Only what look like broken veins on the inside part of me anke where it still pains if I press on the point.
Is there numbness ? Nein
Are your feet cold to touch ? My toes on the foot I done in were cold the first few days after I did it but are ok now like
Pain in toes or heel ? none in the toes sometimes in my heel and it will randomly go up the Achilles an all
You been taking anti-inflammatorys ? All I take is ibuprofen which are sort of arent they?
I can put weight on it now and walk compared to last week but motion of me foot still don't feel right.

seen to its only a matter of time before it spreads up your legs up your
thigh and when it eventually starts attacking the ball sack you will
suffer from 'twisted ball syndrome' if left and not attended to, this
can eventually cause the tip of the p_enis to start changing to a
blackish colour, and, in time, it will drop off.Hope you get it sorted pal.

Love you and everything Khl but most of its b 0llocks mate
Pain isnt necessarily indicative of the severity of r pain.
1. Different levels of pain threshold
2. Sometimes no pain on impact or push and pull isnt always a good sign
I wouldnt do any physio exercise until youve had an all clear
Who would suggest bandaging if not A & E. bud ?
Toes to knee , dont see how they can go wrong
