Good to see you're stalking someone else apart from me! Phew!!!!

Best to ignore Bluetouch, unless you feel the need to put him back in his very tiny box.

Never goes to a game. But likes to chuck the insults around.

    Enough said.

"St Cuthbert's – one of the university's most successful college sides – has been banned from playing for the rest of the term after first-year players dressed up as young girls, second years wore Savile outfits, and third and fourth years came as police officers or Panorama journalists. Members have also been banned from at least two college bars."

This sounds like an imaginative and painstakingly-planned theme for a good old student_pissup. These people will go far. Their college principals should encourage this sort of thing, rather than undermining their charges’ innate creativity with dogma which was originally intended to influence stupid people, via the medium of the newspapers that they read.

Standards are slipping. Since the proliferation of asbestos universities* under Tony Blair’s administration of war and inverted intellectual snobbery, the average standard of students has fallen, so that they are now, as a group, barely more intelligent than oiks. Just go into Ormskirk on a Friday night: none of the undergraduates of Cambridge University 2, or whatever they are calling it now, dress up as paedophiles or murderers. If they were genuinely gifted individuals, you would not be able to move for bright young things decked out as Jonathan King, Myra Hindley, Ian Huntley and so on. As it is, they are indistinguishable from factory workers and agriculturals: proudly sporting clothes made from man-made fibres with writing on, drinking television-advertised lager and generally lowering the tone with their talk of ersatz music. It is shocking.

*For those of you unfamiliar with academia, higher education establishments are ranked in order of building materials:
    1. Stone. Oxbridge, some London Colleges. Durham, I presume.
    2. Redbrick.
    3. Breeze block. These use to be called “Pollies”, because their students thought the height of humour was endless recitals of Mony Python’s Parrot Sketch.
    4. Asbestos. These make use of redundant industrial buildings as handy repositories for redundant people, with the added bonus of lowering the unemployment figures.

The inverted snobbery agenda is still alive and well a' the Asbestos universities like - loaded with barely literate mediocrities in senior managerial positions who seem to resent/fear those with degrees from good universities like. I'm no' bitter though like...
