You think they will go for a new plot now? New characters, different storyline?

Although number one was absolute cr@p I thought numbers 2 and 3 weren't half bad.

Not convinced about Disney's involvement though :(

Not really an "involvement" when they have bought out Lucas Films........ They put Bug's Bunny in there and I'll be playing f**k lol

True, wrong choice of word there.

But even the introduction of Bugs Bunny would be an improvement on Jar Jar sodding Binks.

Just had a bit of a read up on it, 2015 is the next release date.
Both Disney and Lucas Films have said that there will be an original storyline, one not "connected" to the last 6 films.... but they refuse to release any details right now...... w@**ers lol

Sounds like they don't know themselves! I hope they do it justice, that's all.

But that's for the future. Right now I'm waiting for next summer and World War Z.

well i heard they want to involve the old cast.........Han Solo, Leia & luke....but i doubt they'd be the main characters.....

not really sure where they can go with it, the story was pretty much wrapped up by the end, with all the villians killed off.......they really should just leave it be...

didn't like part 2...........part 3 was watchable to be fair, as it had the most links the the original movies...

    I can see it now....

Star Wars, "Pigs in Space"....starring Miss Piggy as Princess Laya and Kermit the frog as  Luke Skywalker. Fonzy Bear is Chewboka, and Gonzo as Darthvader.

Well, this is going to sound sad, but a good few years ago in a galaxy far far away......

A mate of mine was bang into star wars, and went out and bought an Encyclopedia of Star Wars.
Had a good flick through it.... There are over 50/75 characters in there they could use instead of going back to the old cast.
They apparently want to keep it original for the next 3.
