    Evening guys.

Sorry for bothering you's again, would like to follow my Gary Naysmith thread up with one about Big Dunc.

Is this guy a hero/legend of Everton fans. I genuinely loved him as a player growing up.

Also,is that an Everton tattoo he has on his shoulder? And is he still working with Everton,as a coach or scout perhaps?

Sorry again guys, but I appreciate your time.

Yes, that is a tattoo on his shoulder.

He is a legend, the Tatt is the Everton crest with the number 9 in it, yes he is taking his coaching badges. Why dont you go on the website shop and buy the "Big Dunc" dvd, well worth £10 and full of everything you wanted to know about him and full of anecdotes from players and managers.....

I would say a hero of a really bad era, save for the cup win and qualifying for Europe, Everton for me have big big legends why won lots of trophies. But some of the younger guys won't have seen a player given as much love from the fans though

The tattoo is based on our badge, it was designed by a fan in a competition he ran after he got out of jail to thank the fans for his support. basically the Everton badge with the tower replaced by a number 9

    hope that helps mate

My son entered that Competition and had his design with a load of others printed in the old Evertonian newspaper. He was only about 8 or 9 then and the design was of the Grim Reaper with pidgeons flying over his head !!! hilarious. Must try and find it and i'll post it on here....

    Thank you gents.

I did thouroghly enjoy Duncan as a player,he was always surrounded in controversy,be it good or bad,he had some magical moments and any rare interview you catch him in,its Everton this,Everton that, clearly the man is in love with the club.

I had a peak at some of his goals on youtube, some fine goals in there.

    Thanks again gents.
