....safe to assume we won't be posting a get well soon Phil thread?

Although to be honest, with Arsenal, City and Chelsea all on the horizon i think his leadership qualities could be a bit of a miss.

Think we missed him on Saturday but won't miss him so much if Gibbo's back this coming Saturday.

i hope this injury spells the end of his playing career at Everton to be honest......

if in 2 months time, Neville walks back into our team, i would suggest there's something radically wrong with the team, and i would imagine we would be well off 4th spot.....

its time for players like Jageilka to step up and give the team leadership......they shouldn't be waiting 2 months for Neville to come back and hold their hands again.....

Do you really believe we're 5th in the league now, because we have Phil Neville?....he's a terrible terrible footballer...a midfielder who can't pass the ball....he slows us down whenever he gets possesion....

come on.....Neville getting injured has to be a blessing in disguise.......gives an opportunity to hitzelperger....and prehaps even Barkley (he's older than Raheem Sterling, so lets give him a chance to see what he can do)

worst player we have, so i can't even entertain the thought we're better with him......he's only in the team because of his leadership skills...& thats something that this team should be able to replace...Jags, Distin, Osman, Heitinga, Baines, Howard....there's enough experience & characters there to be able to cope without neville.....
against Reading we missed mirallas.......and we missed energy in the second half (prehaps the international games & travel caught up on us).......i thought Hitz did pretty well considering that was his first start.....

I would rather se Barkley get a run out with some of the seniors as I think he would do a good job. Neville is a god lad but his legs have gone and last few games I watched he was also ball watching
