    I do apologies Jase for the direction the thread went. It was never going to end well after she was missing for 24 hours people always say no to hanging ok fair enough how about torture but nope not allowed either because it infringes their human rights which is a_fucking joke considering the children abducted,raped,murdere then dumped by these_cunts didn't get any mercy or 'human rights'.

    no need mate, i can understand that everyone has some kind of anger regarding the subject, i was kinda hoping they would have found her by now, but that doesnt seem likely now like...

    Seriously, if this was your child that had been murdered (and whatever else).......would you not want a more severe punishment and/or deterrent?

    Think I would get at him the moment i could get a clean shot away. And not sure I would care what the repercussions were.

    Anyone else get the feeling he could walk free from court tomorrow and the police didn't actually have enough evidence to charge him and doing so was a ploy to buy 2 more days before they'd have to release him and hope they'd find something more in that time!

    Hopefully they have the right person AND can prove it - but nothing would suprise me!

    The crown prosecution service seem to think there is enough evidence to charge him even with out a body and considering how much the tax payers money will be used on a court case i would imagine they must be pretty confident this is the case, as if there was no evidence they def wouldnt let him go to court.

    I could be wrong however..........

    Nobody's said yet there's gonna be a court case yet tho have they? I'm not sure but my understanding of tomorrow's court procedure is the court has to decide if there really is enough to try a case against him and I wouldn't be suprised if there isn't. I'm just a bit suspicious of how they couldn't charge him on Friday but then when the very last deadline comes the next day, they suddenly can. Maybe they knew they had DNA results from the jeep coming that would be in by Monday and they're sure they will be all set!

    No mate i know, but to charge him with murder there would have to be some form of evidence to even do that.....they present the evidence to the crown prosecution who then decide if its enough to warrant charging the person with whatever crime they are accused of. So my 'assumption' would be there is enough there to suggest he is in some way involved in whats happened....

    one of the charges they have charged him with is perverting the cause of justice - by way of concealing a body or refusing to tell them where the body is

    that charge says it all (although i admit i have worded it wrong, but thats what it means)

    Still searching, have now called in expert cavers n potholers into the search........was in recent local Daily Post news...
