    Positive discrimination is still racism. Should never be that a % of people employed somewhere should be of a particular race or disability, it should be the best person for the job. Shouldn't be Black music awards, there should just be music awards, and so on...
    The more you pigeonhole people, the more you are encouraging segregation.

    There's an easy way to deal with this.

    And I thought we (females/transvestites) were the complicated ones!

    I've had a very busy week so I'm not in the mood for my usual debates en masse.

    I'm just chilling with my Sauv Blanc somewhere in the world (aka Runcorn). And catching up on Everton gossip.
