Chelsea plot £30m Fellaini raid as Everton star hints that he wants out

"Marouane Fellaini has dropped the biggest hint yet that he will be quitting Goodison Park.

The Belgian international has told press in his own country that he will be seeking a fresh challenge in the New Year.

Everton boss David Moyes has insisted he will be looking for a 'big price' should the moment come when a bid is received at the Merseyside club."

No player is bigger than the  club. if he doesnt appreciate what EFC have done for him lets kick him out for the best price we can get.

He's not young any more; he knows what he's saying when he talking to the media and his attitude is still awful. He's not our best player so if £30mil comes in for him then I'd take it.

Hold on, is this referring to the article that came out like 2 months ago? Wasn't that already put to rest? If this is indeed referring to an old aritcle, we need to delete this thread because it was already disproven.

    but according to the scum...

"MAROUANE FELLAINI has warned Chelsea: I’m in no hurry to join you.

The Champions League winners are planning a £30million January move for the in-form Everton midfielder, who has scored six goals this season.

But Belgium ace Fellaini, 25, who is under contract at Goodison Park until 2016, insists he is happy at the moment, The £15m signing from Standard Liege in 2008 said: “There is interest in me. But Everton are an ambitious club as well. I don’t think they’ll let their best players go just like that. I want to play for one of the biggest clubs one day. But I am patient.”"

maybe the report in the  mail is exaggerated.

On the valuation on some players mentioned i think the reported 30 million is way to low for a player who is playing above everyone else at the moment.

Felli is quite happy, I think, to give Everton a chance to get into the CL, even if it is for this season only, (and at least he has ambition, which is good). The media are more than happy to start **** stirring, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I certainly don't think fans turning on him will do us, or him any good.

Shame. The last time they sold a striker for £50mil they bought Andy Carroll

Tell me about it, i could do with a good laugh too. If he does go they'll probably spend it on Kone from Wigan.

this would probably do the opposite....Suarez is currently (and purposely) being over hyped by pundits and journalists......
Liverpool are broke, dalglish wasted their money.....so all they can do now is sell one or more of their star players to raise the money to rebuild......Suarez is suddenly worth £50m by the media?, how did that happen?, he was average last season...he's been better this year, but still not a £30-50m player....

if Rodgers can get 50m for 1 player...and another £10m-15m for Reina.....liverpool will be in a much better position......cause right now they're only going in 1 direction....

What's the deal over there anyways? Didn't Fell just renew a long contract not long ago? Why would he sign a new contract if he wanted out?

He did mate yes but the contracts are worthless these days they don't stop as player leaving it just preserves a higher transfer fee.

You may as well be a kopite yourself mate. The way you treat your 'fellow' Evertonian's is pure kopite behaviour.

And felli would sign the new contract to increase his wages and his loyalty bonus when we sell him... so win win...
