    Doing it's utmost to appeal against the decision but no government can over rule the courts (funny, thought you would have known that ?) It will end up in the Supreme Court ! Then Europe can over rule that decision !

    when people say things like will cost the great british tax payer £5 million (something i hear about once a week relating to various different things) how does it actually get charged back to us? i'd have thought id be paying about £50 million in tax a year by now... :|
