You said the teams we are playing at the moment we should be beating. You were talking about the calibre of team we've been playing (as you then go on about the teams that we have yet to play).

So in fact you were saying that we should be going to Fulham and beating them, a team that had lost once at home and that was against the Champions. Until today they'd only conceded two goals at home.

I'm simply stating a fact by stating we've no God given right to be expecting to beat teams that have spent more money that us in what is proving to be a very competitive league this year.

    We're in fourth place ffs.

If anyone had asked any Evertonian if they would take fourth place after 10 games what do you think people would have said.

I'd of bit your paw off wolfey, but like every supporter,we want more.

This is the season we've been waiting for, watching the football that deserved it,without money but the pried (spelt wrong) of knowing it was done without a toy shop billinoaire.

    you
certainly can and you usually do. and youre wrong on every point. for a
change nev had a good game. so did ossie. it was coleman who gave the
ball away for their equaliser. and the defence should have handled the
    resulting cross much better.

Cool, please explain how I'm wrong on every point. While you do, I'm going to go out to parliament and demand a raise in taxes to the poor and fewer benefits just to _piss you off.

Oh wait, I'd be doing that forever, because you can't prove it.. Neville had a poor game and his mistake cost us our first goal. Offensively he was fine. Defensively he was poor and that is why we concede so many goals. We lack security in the midfield.

I have the greatest of respect for David Moyes - but unfortunately he reverted to type in his substitution at the end of the match. Everton overran Fulham because attack was the name of the game. He then decided to apply the old 'have what we hold'  safety first mentality used when we are hanging on in games when plainly we had them on the ropes. At that stage a "cold" Distin coupled with reducing the forward options allowed Fulham to come back at us and was the bottom line in this result.

Also I agree with you on the Jelavic/ Distin substitution.

Qpr and fulham are 2 teams we should be beating if we're gona finish 4th and after watching todays game we played fulham off the park, how could we not of expected 2 get the 3 points against them. as we look ahead we've got sunderland at home who were beat by villa today who have had an awful start, i for 1 will be expecting 3 points against them (sunderland)

As will I but going back to my point previously made....Spurs, Chelsea and City should be beating the respective teams they played today....a loss and 2 draws for them. Puts it into perspective.

Based on how are playing against how Sunderland are playing we should tank them but Fulham were only a point behind us with a fantastic home record.

Thats where I was coming from.

There are so many negatives to draw from this.

    - Moyes will not get to grips with the fact that we keep losing the ball in midfield thanks to Neville and Osman.
    - Because we lose the ball so much it results in a pathetic goal.
    - Neville keeps making stupid mistakes that lead to goals.
    - 3rd (4th if you count QPR) own goal in a row.
    - We lack the mettle to hold onto a win.
    - We can't hold onto a win with 5 at the back.
    - Neville and Osman need axing and this will never happen, meaning we'll lose more games.

    I can go on.

    -----------------

Yes please, go on, I mean jog off ! if you read the Osman thread it will soon become apparent to you that you are in a small

minority regarding your view of Osman, a very small minority, in fact I think there are only two of you !

Am I the only one who sees the solution to getting Neville off the pitch ?

Play Fellaini in his better position of holding midfielder.

    I know I'll get the ' he got 2 goals ' brigade

He is comfortable on the ball and a better presence in midfield.

Jelavic isn't the player he was last season because Fellaini is up there.

Completely agree....much prefer Felli playing deeper anf controlling the midfield.

Sooner Gibbo comes back the better too.
