    My understanding of the word is 'made holy by religious association' although I concede it can mean dedicated. Anyway I'm just having a go at the s**thead.

    I agree with Knoxy for the first time ever about the EFC talk forum page.

    If you guys out there want to talk about other things and topics not relevant to EFC then why not bog off to facebook or some other overrated social website and leave this one for EFC bits.

    I get fed up reading some of the crap that some people write about on this page when it's got sod all to with our beloved blues.

    I think if we have a serious and dedicated EFC folder we will get better posts and posters about the topic that is of real importance to us all: EFC.

    I appreciate that the mods are volunteers and give up their time to try and control the boards, but it is voluntary, and if they dont want to do it they should stand down.  

    at the moment we dont get that many really good posts on topic and i think many are discouraged from posting in the folder because, quite frankly, there is so much that is irrelevant posted in it.

    Knoxy - do you see the irony in asking for the Everton talk folder to be sacred to EFC related topics in a thread you posted in the Everton talk folder, but it's got nothing to do with, and certainly not sacred to, a topic relating to EFC?

    I may have my understanding of irony a little tainted from it's true meaning - blame Alanis Morissette.

    I do know the meaning of t!thead though...

    How is a thread contents thread got anything to do with EFC?  Do any of the posts you have made above directly relate to EFC? If so, where?

    because this is the official Everton website its important that it is properly moderated. its not an easy job and its voluntary, so the mods sacrifice their time to do it and should be appreciated for that.


    its quite a large board and thats why i think the EFC folder should be a priority. the rest dont really matter that much, but if they dont have the time to cover all the folders, and i can understand that, they should make sure that the EFC folder is up to standard.


    thats the most interesting folder and the one that matters most. a well moderated EFC folder would encourage more and better posters.


    meanwhile thanks to the mods for the work that they are doing. i wouldnt want the job. i'm in a distant time zone anyway.
