Wigan on Saturday! Predictions?

    Depends how that pitch cracks up to be.

    It's fair to say Mirallas pretty much ran the southampton game so let's hope the pitch is smooth so he can keep that flame going. Defense is going to have to be able to match Wigans front line for pace otherwise it will be like West Brom all over again

    thats what i'm afraid of. its a lousy pitch. shouldnt be allowed in the premier league really, tho its early in the season maybe it wont be too bad.

    we've got off to such a great start i'd hate to see us slip up. we've got qpr away next. that should be a 3 pointer for us as well.

    As others have said the pitch tends to be terrible and makes for a poor game. Hopefully with the form we're on we'll persevere through it and get the win.

    I'll go with 20-0, seeing as were the best team in the world and we average 20 shots a game on goal. There has to be a day they all go in, maybe starting Saturday. 4 Hatricks from Jely and the rest spread around the midfield and 1 from Baines......

    We SHOULD win 5-0, but I'll settle for 3-1....................probably go and be 2-2?

    Man utd lost 0-1 there in May so who knows?

    We should be beating Wigan really, hate predicting games though.
    Gibson is still out but I think we have a lot more quality this time round compared to when we there last year.
    If Jelavic and Fellaini play well and get given opportunities to score then I can see a comfortable win but like the West Brom game we are capable of slipping up sometimes. Wouldn't be too unhappy if we drew but a win would be great as we are going into the international break.
