The point that i have been trying to make that seems to have gone unnoticed is that is was felli who was at fault for a pass near the 90th min mark to where oviedo was and then moaned at oviedo after he was the one that gave the ball away ... thats not being a winner thats being delusional to think that he could do no wrong ... even pienaar apparently was havin a go at felli

The only thing i disagree with you mate is, i dont think he was berating Oviedo, from where we were he was having a go at himself for the delivery........

I get what you're saying pal but loads of players do it. Rooney does it , Ronaldo does. It's never their fault.

    Winners are predominantly whiners

You must not watch much American football if you don't see how much winners whinge. Their fault or not.

I guess then if that was the case then that was the case ... still would like to see him track back and not moan then, haha ... just kidding

Ok ok felli is good but he is not rooney (hate to say it) or ronaldo so for now i'd like to see him get his head down and work ... i'd say american football is different ... there is much less of a team spirit ... they are all big whingers because they have been told all their life that they are the bees knees and when they don't get the ball they know it will affect their bonuses and future salaries so really i think its a completely different culture of sport ... starting from young and on into college recruitment

Wow....I don't know what to think after reading this thread...It was interesting that's for sure!

Good to see you around and posting more Fizzy, hope all is well with you and the family.

I just have to say this though...Just because a person has not had the thrill of going to the games does not mean that their
heart does not beat with the same passion and love for the club as someone that goes to every game. My heart was blue after the very first game I saw and life hasn't been the same since, it's not my fault my team and I are separated by a very big ocean.

So are you telling me that I've been born into a blue family and going since I was 13 months old, grew up in a culture where everyday there is discussion, debate and arguments over blue and red striving to be top dogs, especially for the first 10 years of my life. Yet somehow, you decide to pick a team for whatever reason, watch them on a computer screen for a couple of seasons and my 30 odd years of being immersed in all things Everton counts for nothing?

Pienaar also had a go at Coleman for not getting on the end of one his crosses, it bounced over Colemans head and was a poor cross in all honesty, Coleman just shrugged his shoulders (what could I do about that?) and carried on, that sort of shouting is expected, its not taken personally and if its relevent a good footballer will learn from it.

Fizz....don't be like this, you should know me better than that. I know how much you love your team and how much they mean to you. You know how I became a fan and how much I love Everton. I didn't just pick Everton out of a hat and decide I was going to follow them. They chose me from my very first game. Have you forgotten of much your thread on Everton Greats meant to me? Or how much I appreciated all the stuff you taught me when I was first learning about the club? If I could fly over every weekend to watch the games I would, but I can't. I can't watch them on computer so I spend the extra money on 1 channel so I have the best bet of seeing them play.
My only point was, that people from all over the world love this team, your team. We may have different opinions on little things but what brings us together is our deep love for this team, OUR team.

For once I have to agree.. ....

We ALL love this team. That's what unites us.

The rest is crap. A way to pass the time.

I'm in Los Angeles, and maybe next year I'll being going to Croatia to visit family.

If I can manage a day layover in England I could get a chance to watch a game. But hells bells, it's like 200 miles from Heathrow to Liverpool.

If I can make it work, who's going to pick me up and take me to a game? We're talking around March.

Bieng a winner to me is about having the right attitude, willing to compete, not giving up and demanding that from the players around you. All winning teams have a player like that, your golfers could do with one NSNO

Bloody hell, what's all this argument for eh?
Lets get behind the players on Saturday no matter what we think or where we are from.
Fellaini's attitude is ok, seems to try very hard no matter what game, and obviously cares as he puts in good performances most games. He's changed from an inconsistent player to a World class player in my eyes.
Were we talking about Fellaini? I can't remember
