    Felli does right in wantign more from the players imo mate, at the end of the day whether you are 3-0 up and cruising or not, the players still need to do their jobs correctly or the next game its easy to fall into bad habits......the sort of attitude in that, well i got away with it last time, i can do it again, if its nipped in the bud straight away, less chance of it happening in the future.....

    Eh EvertonfcNSNO, do u know what English football is really about? To the people that have attended all their lives. It's not about the razzmatazz of the modern Premiership and its worldwide hangers-on, it's tribal son, it's about a gang of lads representing your area, they represent your people.     Well i don't wear glasses and know how much ossie and hibbo mean, also you said you wanted players who thought above Everton ... Whether this is your definition of a winner doesn't really matter ... A "winner" is someone who takes it all as it comes ... Playing one game at a time etc.

    I did read the thread mate, and the gist of the discussion was Felli berating the players because he wants more from them, in that respect he does right, if you are not doing right, then you need telling regardless of the score line mate.

    How did you know my first name was Jesus though??

    Can i just put me penny's worth in about Felli? He was outstanding first half, started the second in the same vain but then got a bit of a rollicking from a few of the players for not covering a couple of chances and forays Soton had. Pienaar, Neville and i think it was Heitz had a go. He then had a claim on him for a penalty turned down and suddenly the world was against him, he decided to take it out on himself for the pass he cricked his neck(was hilarious to see) and others for other things that were going on. Final whistle, Pienaar and Felli were hammer and tongs at each other(verbally), just hope they made up in the bath afterwards.......
    Hope this clears a few things up or better still fuels some more banter.....

    Howie I thoroughly enjoyed the game yesterday, and I think it is acceptable that the players argue amongst themselves when the team is performing well, it says to me that there is a hunger there, I don't like to see players argue when results are not going good but that's for another day

    just going off the thread a minute,did u notice against leeds we had 11, overseas players on the pitch,its got fuccckkkall todo with what yis are on about,but i dident think it was strong enough for a disscussion.

    This is where we discussed who was at fault for the incident i was talking about ... it was fellaini ... oviedo showed for a split ... felli held onto it so oviedo ran corner to allow space for others behind him and then felli played the ball where oviedo was and moaned at him

    Wow....I don't know what to think after reading this thread...It was interesting that's for sure!

    I just have to say this though...Just because a person has not had the thrill of going to the games does not mean that their
    heart does not beat with the same passion and love for the club as someone that goes to every game. My heart was blue after the very first game I saw and life hasn't been the same since, it's not my fault my team and I are separated by a very big ocean.

    The point that i have been trying to make that seems to have gone unnoticed is that is was felli who was at fault for a pass near the 90th min mark to where oviedo was and then moaned at oviedo after he was the one that gave the ball away ... thats not being a winner thats being delusional to think that he could do no wrong ... even pienaar apparently was havin a go at felli
