    When it was rumored he was off to wigan we were all thinking 2-3 mill and we'll take that and get rid. Now not so sure???? Maybe just maybe he can do a job for us this season if he stays fit and plays with the right attitude!

    just because he's had 2 good games doesn't mean we should be thinking he's a first teamer.

    He's been around for such a long time yet still hasn't made a a regular name for himself

    Said it before the season started that Anichebe will come good this year (should bloody hope so, he's had so many chances).
    Someone pointed out that he is a confidence player, he only seems to play well when he's feeling happy. But he keeps the ball so well at times, and has a long of strength. I really hope that he can keep scoring as we do need someone to step up while Jelavic is injured for another couple of games. He was outstanding today but should of buried at least another.

    All that matters is he is doing a job, either comming of the bench and looking a threat, if he can keep putting in performances like he did yesterday then great, he could have finished a few more off and it did would have been great to get the 3rd earlier and get the likes of Gueye/Vellios or even Garbutt a bit of a run out!

    but we've kept him unlike Silva and a few other youngsters so that should give him some confidence

    and i believe in the big man eve if its wrong. He just needs to prove it 2 us instead of being Potentially great

    When we got 3rd Oviedo and Gueye got some time. Just saying when 3rd went in some players got a few mins, did we all want to see oviedo in the blue? Yes i think so and Gueye? Sure he deserves a few mins as well. I think the only reason Vellios didn't come on is coz Vic deserved 90 mins and why not. Garbutt I think will get some loan time soon as we have some baines cover now in oviedo

    As a Crosby boy, i am backing Victor, always have, always will. Dont ya just love local talent. he doesn't get that sort of response compared to Hibbert, osman, Barkley, but he s a local boy, so full marks again to our academy again
