Pretty much says it all, Wasn't Moyes' first choice nobody has really ever heard of him, teams we'd consider to be worse sides than us were looking at him etc.

I'd love to be wrong and he's a fantastic player but these loan deals always make me think the worst

Hope not, don't forget that Pienaar, Howard and Arteta were all loan deals and they turned out pretty good. Anyway, it's only a loan deal because we couldn't get a permanent deal done in time.

Yeah but Moyes had heard of Arteta and Howard before bringing them in not sure if he knew much about Pienaar but they're the only loan deals i can think of that have actually paid off

Pienaar wasn't unknown before came to us, people knew he has quality but apparently had an attitude problem. Manny Fernandes was another good one.

Think Vadis is going to be a good one. He looks far better than nzonzi and we need a player like this is the centre of the park.

Looks pretty good on YouTube. A better CM prospect than Gibson. He also gets a lot of praise from the Belgian media, and obviously Vincent Kompany.

He's only 22, so if he does decent, he's only going to improve as he gets older, if we do sign him on a permanent deal.

Would be great to have Gibson in the centre with Ofoe next to him, and Fellaini playing off Jelavic.
As much as I admire Neville, we can never have him alone in the centre of the field without someone like Gibson or Fellaini playing next to him. Which is why I thought that Moyes should have put Fellaini in the middle after Gibson went off, and Mirallas coming on up forward.
A lot of us think that Fellaini needs to be be behind the striker all the time, but the WBA game was a perfect example of how not to do it when Gibson came off. There was no presence in the centre, only on the left hand side which we have Baines and Pienaar to thank for.

This guy is going to be great. Vincent Kompany says Everton did a great bit of business snapping him up. Great potential. Have a bit of faith guys and patience. Moyes seldoms gets it wrong. Only poor Billy, who did start his first season well but then lost some confidence.
