Moyes was poor but he has more good days then bad so although I question his decisions against the Baggies I wouldn't want anyone as at the helm.

Never supported Hibbert during his whole time at the club. Don't get me wrong he's a fantastic defender but he doesn't give anything going forward. Any team we play against knows our right side is our weak spot. West Brom figured that out today and made us look a very poor side, yes it was a poor performance all round but I don't think our right hand side is the way it we'd expect it to be.

comparing Pienaar and Baines to Hibbert and Osman/Naismith/Mirallas. its quite a dramatic difference as both Pienaar and Baines create some magic down the flank whereas the right hand side is pretty basic. I think it would be right in saying that both Hibbert and Neville pass backwards more than they do forward more than any other players in the league.

You don't support your own players, what kind of fan are you? Hibbert is a defender and the first role of a defender is, surprise surprise, to defend and he is very good at it, one of the few players in the league who can actually time a tackle in dangerous situations. I'd also imagine that your last remark is most probably wrong as both players will it into the midfield to start attacks.
