Fellaini was outstanding . No doubt about it, but I think Jags deserves more credit. He was excellent especially in the 2nd half. Probably prevented 3 goals with last ditch tackles and clearances off the line.

Whilst he may have been great, that you suggested someone deserves more credit than Fellaini means you're next, after Carrick.

Fellaini is out there. He can't be bargained with. He can't be reasoned with. He doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And he absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.

I don't think he siuggested that at all

I always rated Jags higher than Heitinga myself. I hope he is the partner for Distin all season long!

Didn't mean he needed more credit than Felli. Just needed more credit than he was getting from fans and media. His fine performance was being over looked IMO.

I was surprised Heitinga was on the bench but after the match I was glad Jags played. He made a couple of crucial tackles and he made a crucial clearance off the line from Cleverley (I think).
