Posts: 84August 2012 I know David Moyes is very professional and all...but he hasn't said a public word about Rodwell's departure.
Is he happy about it? Did he engineer it? Was Rodwell sold from underneath him?
I think that, more important than any 21 year old's departure from the club, is David Moyes' state of mind with only a year to go on his contract.
His reaction is perhaps the most important episode in the short term future of the club..... -

although the time to act may have been last summer and Moyes just kept quiet and collected his 60k a week -

Posts: 84August 2012 You missed the point though.....the bigger picture is whether Moyes will feel that this is the last straw, another 'big' player being sold etc etc.
As mentioned, keeping Moyes is far more important than ANY player in the squad! -

Sorry ya were doing well until ya said "another big player"..........since when has Rodwell been a big player at Everton in the last 3 seasons, or are you one of these blue tinted glasses fans who only see what you wanna see....... -

I don't think anyone missed any point. Moyes has the say on transfers and was obviously happy to let Jack go for the sum being offered by City

he was at Ethihad on Wednesday so obviously he had to have something to do with it -
