    Is that the chippy just outside Goodison 'cos it's always busy on sat pm he must be making a fortune from his fish and chips. I have to admit though they are they are rather good.

    they'd have to be to pay bills over inflated asking price but I suspect there isn't one bill enjoys the power and the plucky little everton story we wont get a change until he joins betty in corrie and his mar in a box 6 foot under

    IMO mate, the main issue is, and i don't know this for a fact, but, i think Bill wants any potential buyers to clear the clubs debt if they were to buy the club..........now i don't know about you mate, but, if i said to you 'here Tone i'd like to buy your house for lets say 100K'..........and then you said 'yeah ok Sandals, BUT, will you pay my 10k credit card bill off aswell'?.......
    Think we both no what the answer would be dont we?

    It doesn't work like that Samuel when you buy a club you buy the lot including debts its the current board who have run up the debt so if they are asking for 130  million for the club and then want the debt paid by the buyer separately then no wonder no_fucker wants in.
