agreed mate ball on the floor makes one hell of a difference to our dynamic approach, also teams tend to try and stop the left of our attack which has given Fellaini a lot more space which is paying massive dividends,

5m seems alot for a 30 year old who couldn't get into their team ...but f*ck it, we need him in our team

We are bound to get him for less.....Think it is only fair we buy back for price we sold....I know he only had 6 months left on his contract when he left us but he does not want to play for spurs any loger and he a year and a half older

wonder has he agreed the same wages with us that he had at spurs, or has he agreed to a pay cut.......

I don't think his age is a massive issue, it's not like he relies on his
pace.  It's his footballing brain and link up play we would be paying
for and i reckon he has at least 3 seasons left in him yet. You could see how much we mised him agains thr rs.

    Bring him home FFS!

I've heard that Pienaar will be signing next week for £5mill on a three year contract. A bargain in my opinion considering how much he does on the pitch for the team and he does seem to love being a bluenose. I also heard that robberyager wanted £75,000 a week to sign on a three year deal !!!!!!! so fulham are welcome to him. Up front we have Jelavic, Naysmith and Velios, so do we want Owen on a free? I would say yes on a pay per play and goals contract, I think he could still grab ten goals if he stays free from injuries. Experienced pro he could benefit playing of the bench.

funny you should say that mate, but the season before last, see how we performed with him in the first half of the season, then see how we performed the second half of the season with out him.

    I rest my case.

i must admit its quite terrible how we value players :P when nuts played for us and had 2 years on his contract we were saying 10-15 mill. now 2 years on and 5 million is quoted and were saying its fair too much....
we get away with selling OUR players over priced (lescott, AJ, Mcfadden to Birimgham)
and buying players for bargains(bar a few names of course).

YEAH ITS MORE THAN WHAT WE SOLD HIM FOR ! BUT HE'S YOUNGER THAN WHEN WE SIGNED DISTIN FOR THE SAME AMOUNT ! OUR TEAM NEEDS HIM ! WE SAW THAT IN THE FA CUP SEMI FINAL !
