Drenthe is out of contract at the end of the season so we will see how it goes with him, but lets wait and see how they do first.

No probably not, if they are good someone else will get them, if not then we don't want them.
Hopefully they are really good and love playing here, given the choice of a subs bench and first team football they may well stay.

I am not sure can only see one situation for a positve outcome a mediocre season with glimpses from each player so that no one else could be interested but that is only just above the border line as if they don't perform we will send back and if they are a hit a ferw teams will want them and we all know we can not compete with a championchip side for wages.

i think we are on a loser with both of them . They both may turn out to be great players, however if they perform well im sure they will get offers from other teams who can pay better wages. Sadly we just cant compete anymore on a financial level with most teams in the prem and abroad. Its a stop gap which is useful but its the same old papering over the cracks.
We have a shipped alot out over the xfer window to reduce the wage bill. I wonder how much these guys have been offered?   Any1 heard  ?

We can negotiate with Drenthe in January when he comes to having only 6 months left, so really if he performs well we could convince him early, but we want to be looking good in the table i think for him to stay at least.

i hope not, use the funds (if any) on other players, let them prove themselves for the whole loan period, we want to keep them on their toes for the year.

Let them at least play one game for the club before we take this discussion.
