    I see Rangers have been put into Liquidation and now its up to the 11 other clubs to decide their fate and whether they start in The Premier League or apply to go into Division 3. 
    Personally I think they should be thrown to the bottom of the pile and I have always believed that for any football club in any county that goes into liquidation, even if it was Everton!   
    I wonder if they would be tempted to apply to start at the bottom of the English leagues instead??
