    The RS are a joke, i was reading on Talkteam by written by some liverpool fan, how the structure there is going to work and be great for the new boss. He wrote that they will no longer have a "manger" as such, but more like a head coach. however when it comes to new players, all he will do is point out areas where the team may need strengthening, yet he'll have no say in who the club brings in (!?).... Madness. Just glad its happening over there, and not with us.
