August 2011 At the end of the transfer window, lets say all the teams in the premier league put the players that are surplus to requirements at their club for that season into a kind of draft pick scenario, each club (only if they want to, some clubs wont need players) then gets to pick 3 players they would like to add to their squad, the players get to hear about who is interested in them then the players themselves can decide which club they would like to go out on loan to. and you could even add the championship in to the scenario and they could have a couple of draft picks aswell.

The scenario can continue, so lets say, some players dont get picked, but, maybe we get a couple of players we want and maybe bolton missed out on a couple, however, the teams that missed out, can then pick from a 2nd round of draft players as to who is still left, and continue until all teams either get 2 or 3 players they are interested in, or their are no players left or players nobody is interested in. does this sound a bit mad, or is it possible???
