there's no such thing as "contract talks going well"......a player has either signed or he hasn't......any talk other than this is bullsh1t......

Exactly, does going well mean fellaini has finished reading the first page of the contract after 4 months, and will now read page 2 next week.

It could mean he hasn't actully been given the contact to sign because we can't give him it until we know where the dosh is coming from that's actually gonna pay his £5 Million or whatever of extra wages over the next 5 years!

We can't offer him a better contract if there is no money there to offer.  Isn't it in September when we receive money ?

Lets not forget that Yakubu and Yobo were trying to be off loaded months ago but that didn't go to plan either.

Its incredible how our club has become to predictable and so embarrassingly basic

Felli has been discussing this contract for about 12 months so talks can't be going that well.

Cahill said recently contract talks are simple if you want to stay you sign if not you don't.
