Are you suggesting we could bring in more commercial revenue.
there are always loads of hospitality packages available at goodison, and even tho they are so cheap people still dont buy them

You couldn't make it up
Well you obviously did.
3rd time in the last week ive been speechless
evertonmarc said:Why are you saying it wouldn't cost us anything? Are you really that mad that you think Liverpool would GIVE us Anfield for free?
I would have assumed they would sell the land to developers or something?
NO,
read again.
We sell goodison, and buy anfield.
we sell the naming rights of the stadium.
Thats 2 incomes
1) selling goodison
2) naming rights of stadium
With these 2 incomes we buy anfield, so in affect we wont have anmything/very little to pay.
and with our average attendances at 35,000 we can get in another 10,000 fans we need as there are no obstructed views.
So liverpool ARE getting paid for selling there stadium, they are not just handing it over for free
the main reason THE RS need a new staium is for more corporate areas and more seats, we dont need 30,000 more seats another 10,000 will do us fine, and anfield have more hospitality areas then we do,
