If moyes wanted him he would of offered him a pre-contract back in jan

he has 2 or 3 good runs every game but looks like he can get sent off at anytime, even yesterday he could of gone on another day for that challenge he got a yellow for.

any spare money we have will go on straqularsi, and dont think pienaar will come either not "just to play football" when spurs are in the champions league, and the future of bale and redknapp are uncertain.

It sounds to me like Moyes is starting to see improvements in his all around game. He said in his post match interview that he "is beginning to trust him a bit more" so maybe he will win Moyes over if he has an extended run of games in the team.

He shud have been signed up by now. Reason he has not been given a contract is because he is too attack minded for moyes. I wanna see him in blue shirt next season so moyes better pull the finger out.

he nearly got sent off again, what are you talking about.

His overall play isnt good enough, thats why he never plays for 90mins.

same reason moyes never kept beckford, beckfords goal scoring was never in doubt, it was other aspects of his game wernt good enough which was why moyes sold him.

Well it was Moyes who said himself that he is improving so don't ask me..........

He's got the ability just not the brains of a top player. It just doesn't seem like he'll ever be able to change the way he is on the pitch. One minuite he'll do a fantastic piece of skill and the next he'll do the same thing except give it straight to the opposistion in our own half.

i think some of you guys are insinuating that DM wont offer him a contract. Im almost certain he will but i dont think he`ll sign it. just wanted to clarify my position

Sorry but Mcfadden is the same typoe of player for me and moyse kept him for a while and then re signed him?????? I think he is vastly improving since the arrival of Nuts. I think it will depend on if we re sign nut. If we don't then Drents will be offered a contract, if we get nuts then there is a real slim chance.

I think drents is great for EFC, every great player has a volitile side which gets us fans talking. He does need to clam down a little and learn to track back more. No one can deny the atacking ability but to work in an everton shirt under moyse you have to have a full overall game.

I want drents here next year he is a crowd pleaser and also anoys the crowd, gives people a buzz and you can talk about his goals for week. I still feel a positive buy Right now. with a few small things to change.

Id like to see him sign and I think there is a chance. He needs to sort out his defending and tackling first but his shooting and assists are excellent. It took Fellaini a while to curb his tackling and red cards also but hes still fairly wild when it comes to that he just adapted to the style of play. If Drenthe can get that balance and there being no transfer fee it would probably just been down to if he would personally want to sign or not due to wage demands.

One thing I hate is that Moyes keep telling Drenthe he wants him to defend, when it's painfully obvious the lad cant.

If it was me id tell him to stay up the pitch and help us counter.

By being told to defend, Drenthe can't win. He either gets had a go at fouling or not defending.

Drenthe won't stay! I think there'll be plenty of interest in him from within England and outside and he won't choose to stay at the club that puts him on the bench most of the time - unless things change a lot over the next 10 weeks or so!

If he wants to stay in the PL (which is says he does) then I honestly can't see him going anywhere else. I doubt any of the top 6 clubs will offer him a contract so in my opinion, it depends on whether or not EFC offer him one. The only way I can see him not signing for us is if a foreign club offers him contract.
