he was out for a while lads forget this not a fan of Anichebe but he took his chance tonight
he has the same amount of goals as Andy Carroll of the red sh.tes this season and he didn't cost 35 million

He's took some time to get back since Nolan crocked him. Last night's goal was on a plate. He always looks to nonshallant to me, but obviously i hope he steps it up now............."Come on Victor Larr"

anichebe had a good game yesterday, chased down balls won balls scored a decent goal worked hard but what impressed was how well he held the ball up, well done vic credit where it is due. keep it up

I hope he has a good season this year, he hasn't had the best of times with his injuries and trying to appease a baying mob must take it's toll. He certainly has character (not to everyone's tastes i know) but he is supremely articulate in interviews and i wonder if thats even his mother tongue, bright lad i think. Yes he falls over too often and yes he looks like he has eaten soor plums when he doesn't get his way, but if he corrects his minor failings and gets on with his job he'll be just fine.

He's Everton and i for one love and underdog
