I have got to say the Chairman, Board and David Moyes deserve great credit for the way we brought the new players in, in Janaury and to David Moyes for turning our season around.  I have to admit, I have been critical of Bill Kenwright in the past and to what direction the club were going.  Of course we need investment and we need to keep Pienaar, Drenthe and Dennis on permanent deals in the summer, pls God but Mr Kenwright does his best for this club and this has been proven in Jan.  Also Jelavic can be an Everton Legend in the future, he is a great goalscorer, hope his injury clears up and we see him soon at Goodison.
A few people on this site are always too critical and over the top, even when we have great wins over City and Chelsea.  We need to get behind our beloved Everton, get us to Wembley and get that Fa cup.  Lets stick together and put Everton back where we belong, winning trophies and at the top of the table.

Someone has mentioned it here before but I think we just need to change our mentality at the start of the next season. Because we end the previous seasons so well we expect to get off to a flying start when the new one begins and when it doesn't happen we all lose confidence and it takes a big game around January get ourselves up again. Not to mention the first game of the season can often set the tone, if we'd beaten QPR we'd have probably won the next few we were just unlucky.

dont be to quick to praise, there is still much that needs to be done at the club, and the sooner we find buyers for Earl and  Woods and get people in who want to see the club back to where it should be (fighting the sliver and titles) the better it will be for us all and football...
we've got good lads in yes, Gimbson was a steal, Piennar should never have left, and i hope the other two loanees are wanting to play for the club and not just looking to put themselves in the shop window, as it would be.
We still dont have any money, and I'm not saying that the price tag of a player shows his ability on the pitch, Caroll and Torres bring the major examples, 85 mill for the per, moyes could have bouhgt a whole team for that much.  but we need a the money to fight off teams that may come in for our younger player who may see the big money big wages of other clubs i.e  Loscott
