    who could challenge rodwell for future england midfield?

    Pretty much any midfielder if he keeps getting injured. These spree of injuries are hurting his England prospects.

    Same but when it comes to international tournaments I just support Everton players.

    if you supported arsenal and was cheering for holland over england i could understand it but we got no big players in it

    If the likes of Baines, Jags and Rodders were playing for England then I'd support them but if there wasn't an Everton player in the England squad and they were playing anyone else with an Everton player then I'd support the other team.

    after the cahill sale to chelsea its looking a bit dodgy tho for future english players coming out of everton. with rodwells ltest form and injurys i think we`d take a 8 or 9 mil bid. we need to start backing payers 100 percent to prevent the cheep sale

    players like wallcott wilshire and rodwell should be deffinatly be goin this summer and get a decent crack at playing tho. parker carrick gerrard and lampard are all over 31, they`ve got nothin to offer anymore

    he`s not gona try anything new, he`s not fresh and ur only saying this becuase tottenham are the only team that stand out. might aswell put carrick in, man uniteds doin well this year

    No , I'm saying it because it's a fact. Nothing to do with spurs. He did it at charlton and west ham and does it for England , far better than carrick , Barry and Rodwell

    He gives his team mates the freedom to go forward because they can rely on him to cover for them

    Exactly mate.

    And just to make it clear I'm not saying overall he's better than Rodwell but rather he's better at tracking and breaking up the opposing teams attack.

    parker and rodwell in midfield then, but parkers still 31 and noway is he gona be challengin rodwell for that position in 5 years
