    It's good that it goes back to the bank. No point running on borrowed money. We should be concentrating on clearing our debt. A 5 year plan of mid table finishes would suit me if we could clear the debt.

    Yeah, Ive heard it in the Pub tonight, £24,000,000 for the pair. Apparently the enquiry was made 30 minutes after Nasri signed for City.

    Id heard it too. Id heard Arsenal had bid £25 million for Arteta and Jagielka. One of my ex work colleagues who is a gooner said he had heard it too and he was the one who originally told me they where after Jags way before the interest was reported in the press. Wouldnt surprise me if it was true as Wenger has been after Jags for a couple of seasons and has always been keen on Arteta. Wether or not Everton accept the bids remains to be seen. Cant see Moyes wanting to lose 2 of his best players.

    arsen wenger makes his own stars out of potentual stars, not gona buy a has been like arteta. would be surprised if he buys jags when he needs to replace nasri and fabregas, that to me just wouldnt make sense in spending half his budget on.
