Can't say I'm too bothered about the news... Stretched themselves beyond their means... suffering for it. They're not the first, they won't be the last...

This season's SPL is pretty much finished now that they have been deducted 10 points..........And its boring enough with the two of them!

SPL isn't as good or competitive at the Championship. Its crazy that they have spent what they have - just to outdo Celtic. They would have been better served petitioning for entry into the English leagues...

I think its crazy myself that they have ended up in such a situation. I am not a Rangers fan but they are one of the most successful teams in the history of football, and they have always been compeering with Celtic for the major honours in Scotland. Rangers going into administration will be damaging to the SPL as a whole.

Luckily we are not close to going into administration which is something you have to give BK a little bit of credit for. The Blue Union don't understand that marching up and down the streets and handing out leaflets is not going to find investment!

Its something I said a long time ago when I had the energy to argue against the negativity in the blue room... The small loss we make at the moment is nothing compared to a lot of businesses; and whilst the finch farm deal was sheet, we do produce/identify talent and that will be very important in the future.. hence the RS and other clubs spending millions on kids!!!

I feel sorry 4 any club that goes into administration cus ultimately it is the fans that suffer. I cud not cope if it ever was to happen us. All that has gone on at Rangers is down to maybe a handful of idiots not keeping their house in order and now its the millions of fans they have that are suffering now.

It's not a case of them over stretching themselves, its a case of
them trying to attract good players to their shitty league on the
premise that they won't be paying much in the way of tax.

But Rangers have been taking bad tax advice on that issue. Worse, they've
been following that bad advice for ten years and now HMRC want all of
that money back, back dated ten years with interest and penalties and
interest on those penalties. And probably interest on the back dated
    interest too.

Other than about 10-12 clubs around the world,
every football club on the planet would go into administration if hit
with a 75 million pound tax bill.

Howdy, Stranger!
