A ball signed by members of the Everton squad has ended up in my possession. It will be prominently displayed.

    lucky so and so

The whole story is that the ball was provided by Everton FC to our local supporters' club, Chicago Evertonians. We raffled it on Saturday morning in the pub after the Chelsea game, and the winner wasn't really an Everton supporter, just some guy in the pub looking at all the matches, so he gave it to me in honor of my "away support." I'm very thankful.
Our raffle raised $75 (£48) to be used for a charitable deed to be determined, hopefully a youth club that needs a tournament entry fee paid or something.
