    Ok don't leave just yet this is a slight spin on things.

    What are people's thought on the three majority shareholders?

    BK is obvious but what about John Woods and Robert Earl?

    If we go off the value of the club of £150 million then each persons shares value is as follows.

    BK 9044 shares would value his at £38,753,540
    RE 8146 shares would value his at £34,879,900
    JW 6622 shares would value his at £28,375,270

    there are 11,188 other shares but i believe these are lesser parties and for the sake of this discussion not needed as most will be Everton fans and family etc.

    if you combine the main three shareholders you would have 67.9% of the shares. So if there are groups out there looking to buy the club it could be a good idea to buy one person out at a time. More cost effective.
