Who do you think you would supporting now?

Am from Merseyside so the thought sickens me.... I'd prefer to think it would be Tranmere.

Being Irish, where everyone supports Cetic and either Man Utd or Liverpool, and being a rebel who refuses to foloow the crowd, I probably would have supported Hibernian and Man City! :D

Altho I do support Hibernian a bit!

yeah same as beano, the norm here was to support liverpool or man united, as all my mates back then did......never cared for either club, so my guess is maybe spurs (hoddle, ardiles, waddle clive allen team).....

I think this is mostly why i support Everton despite having lived in Leeds all my life, not wanting to follow the crowd, i guess if that hadnt been the case i woulda been a Leeds fan like all my mates... would have seen them get to the Champs League semi finals... had a fantastic squad... but would have had to see one of the biggest falls from grace any club has ever seen.

I think i'll take premier league mid table mediocrity over that, its enough to make anyone fall out of love with the sport seeing their team crash and burn like Leeds fans had to

I think it's a good question, I'm glad I was chosen, But I went to live in Burnley in the early 70's, My brother got me a job there. When we were away Burnley played at home so I use to go on Turf Moor with my new mates. So if not a Blue I'd of been a Claret, I still look for their results, and was made up for them when they got into the prem, I was at Goodison when we beat them 2-1 in freezing January with my son, which warmed us up!
I had a pub in the early 80's in Padiham (next town to Burnley) and some of the players used it, Kevin Young, Vince Overson, Brian Laws and others, also a lad called Trevor Steven! What happened to him?
I got two tickets for the League Cup Final in 84 for a tenner (£10) off Kevin Young, what a great lad and a great player, Kevin was one of the young players along with Brian Laws & Lee Dixon to to be told to find another trade because they would never play pro football by John Bond (arsehole) COYB
