will pienaar really come back at the end of the season
1) he is on 70k a week there one of the reasons he left was as we never offered him high enough wages, if he wants to return he will want around the same seeing as it will be his last contract
2) I cant see moyes paying a transfer fee for him at the end of the season, and spurs wont release him for free
3) redknapp if he isnt put in prison will be favorite to take the england job, which means even with CL football one of modric or bale will leave if a big team comes in. Spurs are building a new stadium and will likely have to sell before they can buy, and if that happens pienaar will get more games.

AllAroundMyHat said:well sambo obviously not a fan but i liked Pienaar. I guess i still do although again i dont like the way players leave clubs. him and Arteta. its too disingenuous for me.
with regards tickets comments
1) according to reports he was offered 60000, which is only 10000 less than he is on now according to you> i dont believe 10000 is too big in football terms so im thinkin this point is invalid.
2) i can totally see DM paying a transfer fee for him at seasons end if the fee is right. and i think he`d pay 5 mill.
3) i think its well know Spurs have a lot of cash. they have done for some time and their chairman has been awesome. if they do sell one of their top stars i believe its because the player wants to move not because they need funds for a new stadium
-----------------
1) the problem is we need to cut back in wages hence so many players have left, current young players will want big wages like fellainis 70k to stay here or they will go elsewhere, so any wages we save on we are spending on the current squad.
2) we sold him for 2.5m moyes isnt going to pay 5m to get him back on top of that we wont see any resale value on him. on top of that where will 5m come from
3) they bought 2 players in the transfer window were ryan nelson and saha. when its well known they need a quality striker they couldn't afford to get one, had they bought in a striker they could of been challenging for the title this season. i think in the summer they bought in fridel and scott parker, they are cutting costs down there
there new stadium will cost around 400m, trust me they will have an arsenal scenario going on at spurs for the next few seasons.

BS there director made that up, Redknapp was asked about this in an interview and he had no idea about the bid. he said he was interested for 2 years and made enquries over the last 18 months but made no bid.
think about it If they had 20m to spend they would go for better players then him
young players like vellios duffy baxter will want improved contracts, and I think rodwell will get a massive pay rise, maybe not 70k but it will be similar to what some of the first team players are on. all of these contract extensions add up.
