    swap the squad we have for any of the teams who finished below us last season? which leads me to my next point why does moyes think its not good enough to finish in top 10, i thought a managers job was to motivate the team not say its poor, the second half of last season we played well, and we never had saha, felliani and barkley, so surely we should still be capable of finishing in a decent position, im not up for the psychological nonesense and lowering peoples expectations, would have an adverse effect on the squad in my opinion
