I really dont understand why people would want to sell Cahill? Third top scorer last season, top scorer in previous seasons, on average best player since 2004. Are we losing the plot here or what?? 11 million? And what do you think would happen to that money? It wont go on new players for sure!! it would disappear on turn into debt probaly. Timmy is priceless for me, keep him until he wants to return to Oz and see out his career.

we didnt miss him the second half of last season when he hardly played, osman did a decent job, you could try barkley behind striker or give billy one last chance in his favoured position and see, or god forbid play 2 strikers, 11 million for a 31 year old who is in decline is a no brainer for me when the club is in a dire situation financially.

cant afford to take chances mate and selling our best player would be a massive risk when we`re already on the decline.

cahill isnt any good unless he using his head, we dont get any balls into the box anymoe now pienaa has gone. Get id pay some debts sell jags aswell. Then ffs get a goalscorer cos im sick of all these non scoring games.

Even if it was a good idea, it would just mean 2 players down, and a happier bank, coz thats where the money will go........................
