Posts: 452January 2012 Not the best looking centre back pairing on paper but they did brilliantly tonight. I thought that Duffy was maybe a bit unlucky to be left out tonight but it seems that Moyes made a good choice putting Hibbert in there as we've seen before how good he can be defensively.
Makes me wonder that if Hibbert had always been a centre back whether he'd have gone onto to be rated as much better than he is? His main failing as a RB has always been his forward play but defensively he's always been solid, he might have even got goals from corners if he'd been a centre back! -

Everton don't have any world class players. The phrase has been thrown about too much has lost it's meaning. Those three players I named plus maybe 1 or 2 others are the only world class players currently in the game

So come on Dan show your us education is at least teaching you to give a balanced view . Heitinger was up against the best forward line in the league and we kept a clean sheet

I've praised him. I created this thread! He's just not world class and neither is any other Everton player.
