    The way I read it is we are waiting to finish dealings with rangers before we can commit to buying him but have reached an agrement and price with AEK

    According to BBC news yes. We know for some reason Moyes is after a centre half. Dont think we need one personally, Distin and Jagielka will soon be back, we have Heitinga and Duffy has already shown hes more than capable of stepping up. Still its an extra body i suppose!

    He's played 60 time for AEK and scored 5 times. He's better then Saha!

    Distin is out of contract soon. He's getting on abit. Plus he's very highly rated in Greece

    If, as the press are reporting, we have agreed a fee for Jelavic, then surely there's nothing left to wait for with the Manolas deal and the lad should be signing first thing in t'mornin?

    Well that's the point I'm making. One way or another, the deal for Manolas will now fall apart of conclude.
