    It looks like Jelavic wants to come to us, but Rangers are holding out for more money. West ham are no longer interested in him apparently so he will either come to us or stay at Rangers.

    Did we not already have a bid accepted?

    We were supposed to hold out for £15m for Arteta, but he said he wanted out. We had no choice but to accept £10m. The same will happen with Rangers.

    (Unless Liverpool offer Andy NoGoals in a swap for Jelavic!)

    We don't think we have had a bid accepted, but we want to sign him and he wants to come here. Rangers want more money but if the player is unhappy and wants to leave, they may have no choice but to sell him.

    I just hope we get him in. He seems to be what we need. Although I'd have liked someone with a bit of pace. We need this geezer, and a midfielder with some abilty and pace I reckon. COYB

    I agree mate.

    Transfer news wise, it makes me nervous with all the back and forth stories. Would rather hear nothing until the ink is on the contract incase the deal get's highjacked by a big wages club
