Bob, I think those kind of transfers are going to be very few and far between at everton, we've all just gotta get behind the team we all love. Even if we were div 2 I'd still give um my full support.

In january 2009 160 Million was spent... January 2012 23 million spent... clearly nobodies buying or selling players this term not even City have made a ridiculous money powered bid for anybody

Everton sell 23.5 million pounds worth of players so whats your problem with spending 10m. Whats wrong with wanting to buy decent proven players, and decent proven players are in the 10 million price bracket at least. jog on to tranmere real Everton fans want the club to turn around not carry on selling players and replacing with with loan deals or 500,000 pound players like Gibson or 900,000 pound players like that young french waste of space. Gates are going down fast because the fans want yes to pay some of the debt off which the pienaar, Yakubu, Beckford, Vaughen, money has done over 9m in total not including salary savings. This does not include loaning out players and releasing players such as Yobbo, Baxter, Duffy first part of season, etc etc. THE ARTETA AND BILLY MONEY 15MILLION NEEDS TO BE INVESTED INTO THE TEAM THATS WHY REAL EVERTON FANS ARE UPSET AND P----- OFF. New signings mean spending money but the right players brought in will increase profit. i.e shirt sales, increased gate revenue, play more attractive football, better league and cup runs.

Better to sell a player than to close the doors for good. When we can afford to buy a player for 10mil, your purchase of a ticket won't be noticed because the club will obviously be doing financially well again.
Right now the club need the self titled 'best supporters in the world' to step up and you shrink away and jump ship.
Its good to see these great fans abandoning the club when it needs you most.
That's fair enough though, you go for it... I don't care how many leave or for what reason, no one is forced to go to the games, but its the pride fans are taking in doing it that annoys me.. Look at me, I am helping with the clubs downfall.. Yeah how cool am I?..

    Your not is the answer.

Its all good and well trying selling players off to appease the banks, but try getting relagated, see how much thatll cost us. Cos I our best players are sold to pay debts that's whatll happen.

Thank god your holding the club to ransom bob, they're bound to spend £10 million to get your custom back, oh and didn't you have other demands tell them that you will cut one of your fingers off every week until ( can't remember if it was this) they sell jimmy Mac. Again I thank god for sending us such a powerful martyr.

Drama queen, we are no closer to relegation than two years ago, we sold a lame striker, a useless Russian, a sub for the reserves defender and arteta who was one of our worst players when he left and we only sold him because he threw in a transfer request.. I am not missing any of them on the pitch to be honest.
The banks are clearly appeased so we don't need to do that and we have already bought in one long term contract in Gibson who can't be any worse than what we sold.
The only one I regret losing is Beckford, I thought he could of been good for us.

You sound like a giant asshat. Do you not know how simple economics work? When you sell players, the money doesn't stay there forever. It must be used to pay off debts, pay wages, and pay for equipment. I am as unhappy with the lack of funding as much as the next Evertonian, but you really need to get a basic understanding of things before you start to criticise the club.

you need a dose of reality. thanks to the blue onion revealing the financial difficulties we are in the banks insisted that most of that money was used to pay down our debt.

Knoxy, I'm not a big fan of the BU as I've post on numerous occasions in the past. But the idea that a bank would take any notice or action on their account is just ridiculous.
