West Ham had a £7m bid rejected last week, surely we can't bid higher than that?

I'd love to see Jelavic sign, anything is better than what we have got up front now?

west ham offered 5 million and piquionnne but to spread the money over 2 years, we have offered 3.5 upfront and 2.5 spread over 2 years by all accounts.

Maybe the fee will rise depending on how many goals he scores for us.

If this is the case Moyes will make sure that isn't the problem.

Why would a striker who's seeking to play in the prem go to a championship side! and we can pay from the Billy sale with installments

risky in my opinion but thats based on he has only made it in the SPL. I reckon i could within a couple weeks fitness training.  but i dont know about him. i think they are just trying to use the Billy cash in a similar way. upfront payments then installments
