So far as I know he fell out with Ajax's boss, so not necessarily because he's a bad player. Bit of baggage that he carries..

try the logic of his goal scoring record which isn't terribly dissimilar from what Suarez did when he was in Holland

dunno if the story about him going to Fiorentina is reliable tho. If it's true, it's a moot argument.

hes powerful, skillful, tricky, bit of a chest like, bit rough around the edges hes only young, hes colombian, but from what I've seen of him its looks like he could be something, I watched colombia under 20s once against france, and three players stood out, luis muriel (on loan to lecce) michael ortega (on loan to bayer leverkusen) and james rodriguez (porto) and ever since I've watched them as much as I can, mostly seen ortega and rodriguez, but they would be unrealistic targets especially rodriguez, but muriel wouldn't be I don't think, I don't know whether his loan could be terminated for a sale like but hes an interesting player.
