    Jon I need not agree with things you post, just because you post them does not make them gospel. In my opinion Neville had a poor game I will not be told otherwise by a southerner who read a paper.

    My my, you really do seem to have some sort of hang up about southerners ? How parochial, and sad, tell, exactly where in your small world does the North stop and the South begin ? and do you have the same hang ups about midlanders ?

    Im using the term southern because you are, aren't you? At least I don't go on about people from the same city as the team you supposedly support, hypocrisy is a sad thing. And I say support don't know how big a supporter you can be when all you do is watch on the web and read reports in the paper( oh and I forgot look at polls on how well individuals performed).

    He is a scouser soft lad who made good and did what anyone else with half a brain would do and moved out. He now enjoys watching people like you prove his decision correct.

    You don't have to leave because you have done well, I have been perfectly successful staying within the city, if he doesn't like it up here he should stay down there.

    So he doesn't support everton, I'm glad we've finally established a fact, given that this is the case why does he post is it to gain revenge on the people who bullied him into leaving.

    Neville was poor last night, but we do seem to suffer more when he's not captain fantastic, we really need a team leader to step up as Nev wont be here for many more seasons

    we know that nev is reaching the end of a fantastic career. its always a sad realisation. but he's been a great captain for us and we should all hope that he continues his career in management.

    I take my hat off to the lad, the determination and dedication of the man cant be faulted. Yes he may be pushing on a bit, but I think what he may now be starting to loose in terms of athleticism and fitness he more than makes up for in determination and drive. Going back to the last game I went to (v Villa), Nev came straight over to the fans as soon as we scored, don't think I've ever seen someone so fired up. So yeah he might be getting a bit older and slower but i honestly think he is a real asset to the team and is the kind of player are quickly being lost from the premier league and football in general.
